Neodymium Pot Magnet with Round Hole - 60mm x 15mm
Neodymium Pot Magnet with Round Hole - 60mm x 15mm
Available in stock
Magnetic Product Description:
This rare earth pot magnet has an outside diameter of 60mm and an inside diameter of 8.5mm with an internal flange hole of 15mm. This round hole pot magnet has a thickness of 15mm, a pull force of 95kg and a weight of 240 grams.
Uses for our rare earth round hole pot magnets:
These Holding Pot Magnets are high strength Neodymium magnets in a mild steel cap on which provides extra protection against chipping or cracking. The steel cup also serves to curve the magnetic field, projecting it out the active face of the magnet and thereby enhancing the strength of the active face whilst reducing the field on the opposite face. This creates a single-sided magnet that is highly beneficial in applications where any stray magnetic field could be problematic. These rare earth holding pot magnets have a round hole and are often used when a bolt and nut is the most appropriate way to position the magnet.
Pull Force Information
Pull Force Information
Pull force refers to the maximum holding strength of a magnet. Measured in kilograms, it represents the amount of weight a magnet can support when attached to 10mm thick mild steel, with full, flat, and direct surface-to-surface contact.
A magnet's pull force can be affected by several factors, including its orientation (horizontal vs. vertical) and the presence of any air gaps between the magnet and the surface it’s attached to.
