At Maglab, we aim to get your magnets to you quickly, safely, and affordably, no matter where you are in Australia.

Order Processing

All in-stock items are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days from the time your order is placed. Orders received before 1:00 PM AEST are often shipped the same day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer standard and express shipping options at checkout. Delivery times vary based on your location:

• Metro Areas (NSW, VIC, QLD, SA): 1–3 business days

• WA, NT, and Regional Areas: 3–7 business days

• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days Australia-wide

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as carrier delays, public holidays, or peak periods.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. 

International Shipping

At this time, we primarily ship within Australia. For international orders, please contact us directly to discuss options.

Packaging & Safety

All magnetic products are securely packaged to comply with shipping regulations and to prevent interference with other parcels. If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery.
