At Maglab, we aim to get your magnets to you quickly, safely, and affordably, no matter where you are in Australia.
Order Processing
All in-stock items are typically dispatched within 1 to 2 business days from the time your order is placed. Orders received before 1:00 PM AEST are often shipped the same day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer standard and express shipping options at checkout. Delivery times vary based on your location:
Metro Areas (NSW, VIC, QLD, SA): 1–3 business days
WA, NT, and Regional Areas: 3–7 business days
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days Australia-wide
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as carrier delays, public holidays, or peak periods.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
Packaging & Safety
All magnetic products are securely packaged to comply with shipping regulations and to prevent interference with other parcels. If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. We offer a standard one month warranty. If you believe that an item purchased from us is faulty and all reasonable attempts have been made to troubleshoot the problem, please notify us immediately for assistance.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at magnets@maglab.com.au.
Before you return a product, please make sure that your item is unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
