Neodymium D36mm Hose Clamp P-Clip Magnet | Rubber Lined ID22mm dia. | Pull Force 41kg
Neodymium D36mm Hose Clamp P-Clip Magnet | Rubber Lined ID22mm dia. | Pull Force 41kg
Available in stock
Our Magnetic P-Clips are rubber lined hose clamp with a magnet holder. The EPDM rubber cushion absorbs vibrations and protects the objects held within the clamp. The W1 carbon steel band is made from quality materials and each bolt hole is reinforced to provide extra strength and durability. There are endless uses for the versatile magnetic P-Clips, our customers have found them useful for holding all sorts of tubing, wiring and cables and their magnetic nature means they can easily be adjusted or moved. Easy to attach and remove, these practical magnetic holders can be attached on either a horizontal or vertical position.
At we love to hear about your application. One recent customer was looking for a simple and cost effective way of controlling the loose cables hanging under hospital beds. The cables were unsafe, lying on the floor, getting tangled and displaced. They were excited to hear about these fantastic P-Clips, a safe, easy and removable way of dealing with this hazardous problem. Magnetic holders and hooks are a fantastic way to attach to metal surfaces, are non-marking and design for easy removal. No screws, nails or drills needed! Ideal for hanging pot plants, tools, hats, keys, lights, paintings, displays etc.·
IMPORTANT NOTES:
Magnets rated holding force is when contacted directly against mild steel 3mm thick or greater.
The theoretical holding force described is for horizontal holding (based on a min 3mm thick steel surface). If you position the magnet to the vertical, you should divide the holding force amount by 3. This is due to the influences of gravity and reduced friction.
AVOID:
Please note that magnetic strength will be weaker if the item you are attaching to is alloy, stainless steel, Colourbond steel, painted, oily, rusty or bumpy.
Also, if the ferrous item you're attaching to is thin, the magnet will be weaker too, i.e. foil or sheet metal
If something in between the magnets and the surface you're attaching to (i.e fabric), the pull strength also will be lesser.
Pull Force Information
Pull Force Information
Pull force refers to the maximum holding strength of a magnet. Measured in kilograms, it represents the amount of weight a magnet can support when attached to 10mm thick mild steel, with full, flat, and direct surface-to-surface contact.
A magnet's pull force can be affected by several factors, including its orientation (horizontal vs. vertical) and the presence of any air gaps between the magnet and the surface it’s attached to.
